How I work

I don’t sell time by the hour. I work through clearly designed training and facilitation, leadership and cultural advisory, and keynote or strategic sessions that create shared language and momentum. Every engagement is shaped to its context and grounded in The Affection Economy™ framework.

My availability is intentionally limited to ensure depth, presence and quality. If the timing or fit isn’t right, I’ll be upfront. Where possible, I’ll suggest alternative pathways.
