Some people still mistake affection for softness. I don’t.

I founded The Affection Economy to answer a simple but urgent question:

What would work look like if we designed it around people —and still delivered results?

Affection, in this context, is not softness.
It is attention, care, accountability, and responsibility in action.

My work helps organisations turn values into daily behaviour, lead with humanity and rigour, build trust without losing performance, and make better decisions — faster, together.

This work is grounded, practical, and designed to be lived.

In practice, this work changes how decisions are made, how power is exercised, and how accountability is held, especially when the pressure is on.
