This work gives language to what people already feel, and structure to what they’re trying to change.
Writing, Programs & IP
Writing and intellectual property are not side projects in my work.
They’re how ideas are tested, refined, and made usable — at scale.
Across books, programs, essays, and long-form thinking, I focus on one question:
What does values-led work actually look like in practice —
and how do we design for it to last?
Everything here is grounded in The Affection Economy — a way of working that treats care, courage, and accountability as strategic forces, not soft sentiment.
What this work is (and isn’t)
This is not opinion for opinion’s sake.
And it’s not inspiration without responsibility. It is:
Clear thinking, written to be used
Ideas tested in real organisational contexts
Language that helps people name what isn’t working — and act differently
Affection, in this context, is not sentiment.
It is attention, care, accountability, and responsibility in action.
How this work shows up
Books & Long-Form IP
My books translate the Affection Economy into practical frameworks for leaders, teams, and individuals navigating growth, change, and complexity. These works are designed to:
Shift how people think about leadership and performance
Offer usable models, not abstract theory
Stand alone — or support deeper engagement through training and advisory work
Substack & Essays
I publish two ongoing bodies of writing:
She Who Holds the Map — a memoir-in-essays exploring inheritance, matriarchy, resilience, and the quiet revolutions that shape us
The Affection Economy — essays on values-led work, leadership, culture, and systems change
Both are places where thinking is explored honestly, before it’s formalised elsewhere.
Programs & Licensed IP
Alongside writing, I design programs and frameworks that organisations can use repeatedly. These include:
Values-led programs and toolkits
Licensed frameworks for leadership and culture work
IP designed to be adapted without losing integrity
This work often supports training, facilitation, or advisory engagements — but can also stand alone.
The Story Maker
The Story Maker is where ideas meet application. It’s a space for:
Essays on leadership, values, and lived experience
Cultural commentary grounded in work, not trends
Writing that connects story, memory, and meaning to how we lead and decide
This is where values are lived — not told.
Who this work is for
This work resonates with people and organisations who:
Know the old language of leadership no longer fits
Want values that hold under pressure, not just in principle
Are ready to move beyond surface-level culture conversations
It’s not designed to please everyone.
It is designed to be useful.
Commissions, licensing & collaboration
I collaborate on:
Commissioned essays and editorial work
Licensed use of programs and frameworks
Custom IP development aligned to values-led practice
If you’re looking for writing or intellectual property that is grounded, rigorous, and deeply human, we should talk.
