Trust Is Built in the Small Things
When people talk about trust, they often treat it as something mysterious.
Something earned over years.
Something difficult to define.
But trust is surprisingly practical.
Trust grows through promises kept.
Through honesty delivered with care.
Through consistency.
Through accountability.
Through showing up when people need us.
In organisations, we often invest enormous resources into building culture, engagement, and performance.

It's created by behaviour.
The colleague who follows through.
